Our 2nd Chef’s Dinner features renowned Chef Ian Kleinman bringing his Gobblefunk dining experience to Squirrely’s Tavern. This interactive, four-course dining experience will feature three liquid nitrogen cocktails and is horror movie themed.

Chef Ian created Catering by The Inventing Room back in 2009, and creates unthinkable dishes that dazzle and delight, fusing entertainment and dining into a one-of-a-kind experience. His love of food and whimsy has led him to become a leader & visionary in the Molecular Gastronomy field, and granted him five coveted invitations to showcase his skills at the James Beard House in New York. ​
